Japan's first Foreign Manager's Business Club "Win Win" Japan embarked on the great voyage at the occasion of the opening seminar on May 22nd, 2016. I love Japan. I was attracted by the virtues of Japanese such as modesty, honesty and the attitude of appreciation. So I came to Japan discarding the business in my own country. After learning Japanese, I made great efforts to work, to do business somehow in Japan. However, as the result, I came to understand another aspect of this country. I don't think Japan has any systematical problems as a nation, but there are lots of serious complexity problems in the private sectors. For many of the foreigners who came to Japan with a dream it is quite difficult to have a business in such circumstances. I myself, after overcoming many hardships, have finally been able to put the business on track. But I feel that many private traders or companies are not kind and warm enough for those who came to Japan for the purpose of business, or has an interest in starting business.

For that reason, there are lots of foreigners who return home or keep on striving to do business for many years not knowing how to exceed the high hurdles, how to expand their business successfully. We somehow want to eliminate those hardships and worries of these people. From this wish, Win Win Japan was born.

As I said already, I also came to Japan with the dream of becoming a businessman 12 years ago. Still now I sometimes receive apparent harassments or discriminations without any reasons from companies and traders. I understand that it is not so easy to make dream come true so I have made up my mind to keep on going. So I would like to change and improve the circumstances in order to support those who with the entrepreneurship try to make their dream come true.

With this strong will, Win Win Japan will continue to work hard. Japan has been facing the low birthrate and the aging population, drastically reduced the active working population. Politicians proclaim that they are aiming to internationalize this country in order to protect the industry. Many media report that daily basis. But it seems to be so hard to realize actually.

If Japan hopes to maintain her goodness and wonderfulness as a safe and high-tech nation and try to transmit them to the world, it is badly needed to accept the manpower from overseas countries. To accept foreign managers with warm hearts and broad mind, and to cooperate together also will help the Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises, which boasts a high level of technology and give a big stimulus to the Japanese youth. If we can do something for those of foreign managers and for the sake of Japan, it would be most grateful for us. We look forward to having precious advises from those who can share our wishes.
